Spring Babies!

UPDATE: All these wonderful babies have gone to their homes. We're expecting a new litter in May. Stay tuned!

We have an adorable litter that will be ready to go home on Thursday, April 23rd. These little babies have been held every day of their lives and will make wonderful pets. They are $5 each. Rats are smart, clean, playful, and they'll never bite. They make wonderful pets for any age.

Valentine's Rats!

UPDATE! All 19 of these adorable babies have gone to their new homes. We're expecting our next available litter in April. 

We have two adorable litters of baby rats that are four weeks old, weaned, and ready to find their new homes. They are such wonderful babies, who have been held every day since the hour they were born. They are curious and playful and social. They love people, and they will make the greatest pets. Rats do best in groups of two or more, so make sure you take home at least a pair. 

These babies are $5 each.

HOME! RESERVED FOR CARLEY! Ferdinand (Male) - high white, possibly apricot, red-eyed. We're not quite sure what color he is because we have yet to find any patch of color in his coat. We know he's not albino because we don't have the genes for that, but he looks similar to an albino. We suspect his adult hairs will show some color around his ears in a few weeks.

Christmas Ratties!

We had two BEAUTIFUL litters that will be weaned and ready to go home on December 11th! Email me to reserve yours: rexburgrats @ gmail.com (remove the spaces). Most of the babies are $5, but the dumbo-eared are $10.

These babies have been handled constantly from the hour they were born and are so friendly and playful. They will make excellent pets. Rats are naturally social, so they do best in groups of two or more. If you already have a rat or two at home, a new baby rat will be welcomed into your group.

With a mask covering her nose and mouth, we named her after the infamous coronavirus. Except Rona is awesome (unlike the virus). She is always on the move (and THE hardest to photograph), but she also really loves to be held.

Dandelion is a beautiful rat, who is so friendly, smart, and as my 10-year-old daughter put it, "the best shoulder rat." She is the mother of Rona, Piper, and Cindy. Dandelion would be happy to live with any of her daughters.
